Still not happy with it. several tiny details are off... and each one of them bothers me so.... I need a tathe turned EXACT one of these if I have any watchers with a lathe. I'll bust out schematics with measurements and all that shit if I can just get a perfect one of these done.
no. can you not read the title? not to sound offensive, but it would seem an inordinate ammount of portal fans are illiterate due to the number of times I have gotten similar comments across the net. it does clearly say Fallout Frag Grenade as the title of this picture, that would be a frag grenade from the game fallout. also doesn't look like a lemon as most of it is olive drab green with metal showing through worn paint... I could however make a combustible lemon by making a casting of a lemon then crafting a grenade pin and spoon to fasten to it.
I don't understand why people make that mistake unles it's simply due to NOT READING THE TITLE or NOT PAYING ATTENTION to the photo. it IS after all primarily olive drab green with worn metal showing through, the yellow is all in the highlights seen on screen in FALLOUT. however lemon-ades happen to be solid yellow with lemon looking bumps... All I can figure is that portal fans tend to be illiterate with no eye for detail, after all another on posted the same thing right ater you.
with skill and patience. go look at my work in progress pics. I would also need specific questions to be able to answer. simply asking "How did you make this?" is not a question which is easily answered.
At first, I though it was the combustable lemons of Portal 2!
