quick question? what kind of shop tools do you have access to/ training on? such as mill, drill press, etc?

training? Nothing formal, just what I taught myself (though I'm rather handy). And as far as machines just the basics. Drill press, grinding wheel, sanders, band saws... nothing really special. The 'mill' at work is so shoddy it's basically just a drill press now, nothing works on it quite right. Why what's up?
